2. Our Services
On Deck Media provides AI-assisted content creation services including, but not limited to:
- Short-form video production and editing
- Brand identity development and strategy
- Social media content and caption writing
- Content audits and competitive analysis
- Free sample reels for prospective clients
- Monthly content systems and management
The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any paid engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you before work begins.
3. Free Audit and Free Sample Reel
We offer a complimentary content audit and a free sample reel to prospective clients. These are provided at no cost and with no obligation to enter a paid engagement. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for these free services and to decline requests at our discretion.
Free sample reels created for prospective clients remain the property of On Deck Media unless a paid engagement is entered into, at which point ownership transfers to the client as described in Section 7.
4. Payments and Billing
All paid services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our current pricing is:
- Starter — $450/month: 4 short-form videos, captions, hashtags, monthly check-in
- Growth — $850/month: 8 videos, custom strategy, captions, scheduling, performance recap
- Brand Partner — $1,500/month: Full content engine, brand strategy, AI systems, direct access
Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept payment via methods outlined in your service agreement. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active clients.
5. Cancellation Policy
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your monthly service at any time with written notice to ondeckmedianet@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
6. Client Responsibilities
To deliver great content, we need your help. As a client, you agree to:
- Provide brand assets, photos, videos, and other materials we request in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback on content within the timeframes we establish
- Ensure any materials you provide do not infringe on third-party copyrights or rights
- Keep your contact and billing information current
- Communicate honestly about your business, goals, and any feedback on our work
7. Ownership of Content
Upon full payment for a given month's services, all deliverables created for your brand during that period become your property. You own the content we create for you.
We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. We will never share confidential business information without your consent.
We may use AI tools and software in the creation of your content. All deliverables are reviewed and refined by a human before delivery.
8. Revisions
Each monthly plan includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Excessive revision requests beyond what is outlined may incur additional fees, which will be discussed with you before any additional charges are applied.
9. Results Disclaimer
We are committed to delivering high-quality content and strategy. However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower counts, engagement rates, lead generation numbers, or revenue increases. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and your business's existing audience.
We will always work in your best interest and deliver what we promise — but we do not make specific performance guarantees.
10. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share details about your business, strategy, or campaigns with any third party without your written permission, except as required to deliver our services (e.g., scheduling tools, editing software).
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Deck Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the On Deck Media website — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is owned by On Deck Media and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our website content without written permission.
13. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
14. Governing Law
